This translation is provided for information only. The French version is the only legally binding one.
This page explains what data the website naturiste.camp processes, why, who it is shared with and how to exercise your rights. The website is part of the Aimer Camper network, published by Premiere.Page.
Data controller
Premiere.Page, SAS, 39 rue de Pitoys, 64600 Anglet, France (SIRET 790 782 825 00042). For any question about your data: hello@aimercamper.com. Full publisher details are given in the legal notice.
Data processed and purposes
You do not need an account to browse the campsites. Data is only processed in the following cases:
- Website contact form: name, email address, subject and message, so that we can reply. The message is sent to us by email and is not stored in a database on the website. Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual steps) or our legitimate interest in replying. Retention: 3 years after the last exchange.
- “Contact the campsite” form (on some listings): name, email, optional phone number, stay dates, number of travellers and message. This information is sent directly to the campsite concerned, which uses it to answer your request and becomes responsible for it. Premiere.Page keeps no copy; only an anonymous count of requests is kept.
- Manager area (listed professionals): username, email address and encrypted password, so that the manager can update their listing. Retention: for the duration of the listing.
- Audience measurement: Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager. Full measurement (page visits, clicks to campsite websites) only starts if you accept it in the cookie banner. Without your consent, Google only receives an anonymous technical signal, with no cookie or identifier (Google consent mode). Legal basis: your consent. Retention: 14 months.
- Listing statistics: we count listing views and clicks to campsites (website, booking, phone, email) as aggregated counters, with no cookie or identifier. To avoid counting the same visit twice, a technical fingerprint (IP address and browser, irreversibly transformed) is kept for 30 minutes and then deleted.
- Route planner: if you use it, the address you enter, or your location if you allow your browser’s geolocation, is sent to the Photon (komoot, Germany) and OSRM (Germany) services to calculate the route. Premiere.Page does not keep it.
- Favourites: the list of campsites you save as favourites is stored in your browser (local storage) and is never sent to the server.
- Technical logs: as with any website, the host records incoming requests (IP address, date, page requested) for security and proper operation, for a limited period.
Cookies and consent
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse audience measurement cookies. Without your consent, no Google Analytics cookie is set. A strictly necessary cookie remembers your choice for one year.
You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page. Audience measurement cookies last no longer than 13 months.
Third-party services
To work, the website relies on the following services, which receive at least your IP address when the relevant pages load:
- Google (Tag Manager, Analytics with consent, reCAPTCHA to protect forms from spam, Google Fonts for typefaces): Google Ireland Limited, with possible transfers to the United States under the Data Privacy Framework;
- Cloudflare (cdnjs), which delivers the map display library;
- OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom, a country covered by an adequacy decision), for map backgrounds;
- Photon (komoot) and OSRM, in Germany, for the route planner.
Recipients
Your data is only accessible to the Premiere.Page staff who need it, to our host o2switch (France) and, for the “Contact the campsite” form, to the campsite you contact. It is never sold or rented.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to hello@aimercamper.com; we reply within one month.
For a message sent to a campsite, please contact that campsite directly, as it is responsible for it.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Security
The website is served over HTTPS only. Access to the administration area is restricted to named accounts, and passwords are encrypted.
Updates
This policy may change as the website evolves. Last updated: 1 October 2026.
