In Bravone and Linguizzetta, in Haute-Corse, the Bagheera Resort estate runs along 5 km of white sand beach across 100 hectares, and Camping Calella gives direct access to a fine sand beach. Nearby, Les Eucalyptus benefits from 5 km of naturist beach adjoining its eucalyptus forest, and Domaine Naturiste Riva Bella reaches the beach without crossing a road. Further south, in San-Nicolao, Club Corsicana borders a 4 km gently sloping beach, well suited to sailing, while Corsica Natura offers direct access to a sandy beach. In Gironde, Euronat, Europe's largest naturist village, has 1.5 km of naturist beach and three direct accesses; CHM Monta, in Vendays-Montalivet, has 2 km of naturist beach; and La Jenny, in Le Porge, opens onto the same Atlantic coast. In the Landes, Arnaoutchot, in Vielle-Saint-Girons, offers three direct beach accesses across its 45 hectares of pine forest.
At Cap d'Agde, in the Hérault, Centre Naturiste René Oltra is just 100 metres from the historic naturist beach of Cap d'Agde, a pioneer of naturism in France since the 1950s. In Sérignan, Le Sérignan Plage Nature gives direct access to a Blue Flag-labelled beach.
Direct access means the campsite runs along the beach without needing to cross a road or drive to get there. The available beach length varies widely, from a few hundred metres to several kilometres at the large sites in Gironde or Corsica. Check whether the beach is supervised in season and whether access on foot remains possible from all pitches at the campsite, especially for a longer stay at the largest sites.
Cap d'Agde is home to one of the largest naturist quarters in Europe, its origins dating back to the 1950s; its naturist beach, several kilometres long, remains freely accessible outside the campsite. On the Gironde coast, the naturist beaches of Euronat and CHM Monta are supervised in season and lined with pine forest, with developed access points from several parts of the site.
In Corsica, the beaches of the east coast, at Linguizzetta and Bravone, alternate fine sand and eucalyptus forests, with wind conditions sought after by sailing enthusiasts at San-Nicolao, near Domaine Naturiste Riva Bella. Further south, the Porto-Vecchio peninsula opens onto the Cerbicales islands, visible from Village La Chiappa, for a quiet naturist stay.
Before booking, check whether the campsite's beach is supervised in peak season, its actual length, and whether it remains reserved for naturists year-round or only on an identified stretch, as is often the case at the larger sites.
