Camping Calella is located in Linguizzetta, on the east coast of Haute-Corse, in the Alistro area, on the Chemin Diccepone, around twenty kilometres north-west of Aléria, the former Roman capital of Corsica. The site, planted with olive trees, maritime pines and maquis vegetation, sits just a few metres from a fine sandy beach that stretches for several kilometres along the eastern plain, with direct, almost private access to the Mediterranean.
The establishment offers shaded pitches for tents and caravans, as well as premium one- or two-bedroom bungalows, delivered brand new for the campsite’s opening. Each bungalow has an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. The campsite website is available in six languages (French, English, German, Italian, Dutch and Spanish), a sign of the international clientele targeted from the outset. The campsite is next to the Club Corsicana holiday village, whose sailing club is accessible to Calella guests.
Naturism here is presented as a philosophy of respect for oneself, for others and for nature, in an atmosphere described as family-friendly. The campsite caters to both experienced naturists and people discovering the practice, and also welcomes groups for seminars or wellness retreats.
The campsite opened in 2026; the season runs from 1 April to 31 October.
What the site says about its approach to naturism: “The campsite presents itself as open to experienced naturists and to people discovering the practice alike, in a spirit of respect for oneself, for others and for nature.”
A restaurant, a bar and an ice cream parlour overlook the beach and the sea. Two brand-new padel courts, with blue flooring and glass walls, are available on the campsite, as well as a volleyball and beach volleyball court near the water.
There is no swimming pool on site: swimming takes place directly at the adjoining beach, reserved as a priority for campsite guests, with fine sand and shallow water.
The campsite also welcomes groups for seminars or yoga and wellness retreats, with the option of exclusive use of bungalows and outdoor spaces facing the sea. Organisers benefit from logistical support, dedicated indoor and outdoor spaces for yoga and meditation, and tailor-made catering with local produce, on request.
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out before 10am. A deposit of 20% of the stay total confirms the booking, with the balance due three weeks before arrival or on site; payments are accepted in cash, by card, bank transfer or cheque, and a cot can be rented for 5 euros per night. The campsite website is available in French, English, German, Italian, Dutch and Spanish, reflecting a focus on an international clientele, particularly German-speaking: the campsite uses the term FKK, the German word for naturism.
A mini-farm with dwarf goats is accessible on the campsite. Holidaymakers also have access to two padel courts and a beach volleyball court, as well as yoga workshops or retreats occasionally organised by the sea, sometimes including meditation and optional activities such as hiking, paddleboarding or excursions.
The Club Nautique Corsicana, located nearby on the coast, offers water sports activities accessible to campsite guests: catamaran sailing, windsurfing, Optimist dinghy, stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking, with lessons for beginners and enthusiasts, skipper-led outings, standard equipment rental and sailing excursions to nearby destinations. The club also organises a weekly regatta, a lively and convivial highlight of the stay; campsite guests can thus alternate between relaxing on the beach and experiences at sea, whether beginners or keen sailors and watersports enthusiasts.
The Alistro area, on Corsica’s east coast, borders a sandy beach that stretches for around 7.5 kilometres through the communes of Linguizzetta, Canale-di-Verde and San-Giuliano, in the heart of the eastern plain. It also lends itself to exploring the Corsican maquis and the ancient city of Aléria, the island’s former Roman capital, around twenty kilometres away.
Open from 1 April to 31 October.
