The Morcourt campsite, run by the Club du Soleil de Creil association, chaired by Jean-Claude Bergès, is located in Feigneux, in the Oise, between Crépy-en-Valois and Pierrefonds, some sixty kilometres north of Paris. It is the only naturist leisure area in the department. The site, around 13 hectares in size, combines a clearing of around 3 hectares with around ten hectares of woodland.
Access is open to holidaymakers holding an FFN or FNI naturist licence, as well as club members, making it possible to welcome French visitors as well as those from Germany, the Netherlands or Belgium. Around thirty bare pitches, with water and electricity, take tents, caravans and motorhomes; a few caravans and bungalows are also available to rent.
Naturism at the Morcourt campsite follows a family-oriented, club-based tradition. Vaccinated pets are welcomed free of charge, both on the pitches and in the rental accommodation.
The campsite is open from June to the end of September; the association itself remains active all year round. The heated sanitary facilities are accessible to people with reduced mobility, and the site can be explored on foot or as a family, in a calm and friendly atmosphere.
What the site says about its approach to naturism: “Access open to holders of an FFN or FNI naturist licence, as well as club members. Naturism following a family-oriented, club-based tradition.”
The wellness area at the Morcourt campsite includes an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi and an outdoor fitness area. The heated sanitary facilities are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The club bar, with wifi access, serves as a central meeting point for campers. Fridges are available to rent for those without cooling facilities on their pitch, and barbecues, both communal and individual, are provided. Bicycles can also be borrowed on site.
A service area welcomes passing motorhomes, with wastewater emptying and drinking water top-ups; spaces are reserved for them, subject to prior booking. The club also offers group rates for collective stays.
A play area is set up for children, in the shade of the trees at the edge of the clearing, and the site keeps a family atmosphere throughout the season, suited to both long stays and short visits.
The club organises pétanque and volleyball tournaments in summer, as well as walks around Feigneux. Archery, table tennis and football are among the activities offered on site, which also has a multi-sports hall and a games room.
Holidaymakers can take part in visits to archaeological sites and châteaux of the Valois, as well as explorations of the old quarries and mushroom caves of Feigneux, a piece of local heritage specific to the commune. The club also welcomes holidaymakers from Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany, in a spirit of international exchange.
Evenings are livened up with film screenings and themed dance nights. Children have their own games, supervised according to the season’s programme.
The 14 July and 15 August festivals are marked by additional entertainment, in the convivial spirit of this club campsite, the only naturist leisure area in the Oise.
Open from June to the end of September.
