La Colme Nature naturist campsite is located in Cappelle-Brouck, in the Nord department, near the Colme canal and about 30 minutes from the cities of Dunkirk and Calais, accessible via the A16, A25 and A26 motorways. It presents itself as the only two-star naturist campsite in the whole of Flanders, in a green and peaceful setting.
The site has 44 pitches, open to tents, caravans, motorhomes and mobile homes, all fitted with electricity and water. One hardstanding pitch is reserved for motorhomes, and a pitch and adapted sanitary facilities welcome people with reduced mobility.
Two rental options round out the offer: an equipped tent for two people, with a double bed and a dining area (fridge, microwave, coffee maker), and a mobile home for four people, with a double bedroom, a bunk-bed room, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet, and a furnished terrace. In both cases, bed linen and towels are the guest’s responsibility.
The campsite is open from 18 April to 11 October for the 2026 season. Reception is staffed every day from 9am to 7.30pm, in French, English and Italian.
A snack bar operates on site, complemented by a bread stand, to cut down on trips to the shops. Wifi is free across the whole campsite, and a laundry room is available to guests.
The sanitary facilities have hot water, with a block adapted for people with reduced mobility. The fully fenced and secure site also offers a wellness area with a sauna, as well as a playground to keep the youngest occupied while parents enjoy the calm. The pitches combine electricity with a water connection, and one hardstanding pitch is reserved for motorhomes.
For a stay without your own equipment, the campsite rents out an equipped tent for two people or a mobile home for four people, both with a kitchen area; tenants bring their own bed linen and towels. Bookings can be made via an online form or by phone, and alongside the standard overnight stay, a summer package and an annual package are also offered.
On site, a petanque area, a table tennis table and an outdoor sports area keep young and old occupied, with a meadow available for relaxing or an impromptu ball game.
Beyond the campsite, the area invites cycling along the Colme canal, as far as the Haute Colme canals and the Bourbourg canal towards Dunkirk. Fishing is also practised near the campsite, with a compulsory fishing permit.
The coast is not far away: Gravelines is about ten kilometres away, with its star-shaped fortifications designed by Vauban and its belfry, a World Heritage site, which can be explored on foot or by bike. Both Dunkirk and Calais are about thirty minutes away via the A16, A25 and A26 motorways, for the beaches of the northern French coast. Hiking enthusiasts will also find several waymarked routes around Cappelle-Brouck.
