Club Corsicana is a naturist holiday village run by the German tour operator Dr. Hofmann Holiday Service, located in Linguizzetta, on the eastern coast of Haute-Corse. The 6-hectare estate opens directly onto a 4-kilometre, gently sloping naturist beach, nestled between eucalyptus and pine trees.
The village offers a wide choice of bungalows, from the simplest (Economy categories) to the most spacious and air-conditioned (MC4, MC5, Centre C10 categories for groups, or the Villa Hofmann), some right on the beach with a sea view, others amid the eucalyptus trees. The minimum stay is 7 nights, with linen and end-of-stay cleaning included in the price. Arrival is possible from 3pm, departure before 10am on the last day, and a cash deposit is requested when keys are handed over for certain categories.
A few minutes’ walk away is Tropica, a neighbouring naturist village of 20 independent bungalows where dogs are allowed on a lead; Tropica guests still check in at the Club Corsicana reception, which manages both sites.
Naturism here is practised in a relaxed way with no set programme: everyone puts together their own stay between the beach, sailing, mountain hiking or simply relaxing. The village is open from mid-May to early October.
What the site says about its approach to naturism: “Relaxed naturism, with no set programme: a 4 km, gently sloping naturist beach, bordering the estate directly. The village is run by a private commercial operator, not affiliated with a naturist federation.”
The Café Corsicana, the village’s beach bar, serves breakfasts, snacks, homemade cakes and drinks; in the evening it becomes a lively meeting spot with open-air cinema and, depending on the season, live music. Open from 11am to 7pm in low season and until midnight in high season. A small grocery shop offers fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese, charcuterie and bread every day.
Guests with a club card enjoy free wifi at reception and the beach bar, access to the library and TV room, travel guide lending, a welcome drink and discounts on massages, the sauna and the sailing school. An electric vehicle charging point (22 kW, Type 2) is available on site, simply on request at reception.
For fire safety reasons, open-flame barbecues are not allowed and the bungalows are not fitted with them. Car or motorbike access to the village is forbidden between 8pm and 8am and between 12pm and 2pm; a dedicated car park remains available at reception outside those hours. Pets are not admitted at Club Corsicana, but dogs are welcome at the neighbouring village of Tropica.
A sailing school offers catamaran outings and lessons for all levels, with discounts for club card holders. Wellbeing is also part of the stay, with massages and a sauna available on site.
Hiking enthusiasts can enjoy the nearby Corsican mountain range, with trails accessible directly from the village; further excursions, such as a trip to discover the port of Bonifacio, round out the programme for those keen to explore. A library and a kids’ club let parents relax while the youngest enjoy themselves, and guides accompany some organised hikes.
The village does not offer a full-time entertainment programme: everyone puts together their stay at their own pace, between swimming at the naturist beach, a catamaran outing or simply reading in the shade of the pines. Solo travellers are welcome, as are couples and families.
Nearby, the Bravone weekly market runs every Thursday during the season (June to early September) with Corsican produce and fresh pastries, and the large E.Leclerc supermarket in Alistro is about a 3-minute drive away for more substantial shopping.
Open from mid-May to early October.
